About This Worksheet
Page 1 asks your child to write the numbers from 76 to 95, fill in the missing letters in number words such as twelve and seventy, and write the numbers before, between and after. Pages 2 to 4 add more counting in tens and ones columns, backward counting from numbers such as 99 and 73, missing numbers in a sequence, and number names.
Backward counting and number words are often the trickiest parts at this age, so the test gives several chances to practise them. Use it as an end-of-term check or as preparation for Year 1.
