About This Worksheet

Preschoolers do not need detailed medical information to take part in World AIDS Day. What they can learn is that healthy habits keep our bodies strong and that we care for people who are unwell. The pack is built around that simple, age-appropriate message.

Children circle good habits, match healthy foods to the right plate, trace words such as Milk, Fruit, Water and Doctor, help a sick child reach the doctor, count healthy snacks, match happy and sad faces to habits and put a healthy daily routine in order.

Activities in This Pack

  • Healthy or unhealthy? Circle good habits and cross out bad ones
  • Healthy plate match: sort healthy and unhealthy foods

  • Yes or no: healthy habits (sun, sleep, milk, water)
