About This Worksheet

Young learners are students too. The pages use classroom objects such as books and pens, so children can name what they see, count them and say how each one is used. The set suits children who are getting ready for school or have just started.

The 8-page pack has a school theme: count and match, trace I love to learn every day, a students’ word search, a maze to the classroom, odd one out, a colouring page and matching school objects to what we use them for.

Activities in This Pack

  • Count and match: circle the correct number
  • Trace the sentence I love to learn every day
  • Students’ Day word search (book, learn, pen, teacher)
  • Find the path: help the student reach the classroom
  • Odd one out: circle the object that does not belong in a classroom
